These Terms govern your use of AI Lab Scheduler ("the App"), a social media scheduling tool operated by AI Lab. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App does

The App lets authorized users connect their TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts to schedule and publish content and view basic post performance.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement. Access is limited to users authorized by AI Lab.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give the App permission to store and send that content to the platforms you choose, only to carry out your requests.
• You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it.
• You must follow the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may not use the App for spam, misleading content, or anything illegal.

4. Third-party platforms

The App relies on third-party APIs (TikTok, Google/YouTube, Meta). We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those platforms.

5. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that posts will reach any particular audience.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AI Lab operates.
