AI Lab Scheduler ("the App", "we", "us") is a social media scheduling and publishing application developed and operated by AI Lab. It connects to TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts to plan, schedule and publish content. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Information we collect

Account connection data: when a social account is connected, the platform (e.g. TikTok) gives the App an access token plus basic profile information such as display name, username and avatar.
Content you upload: videos, images, captions and hashtags you choose to schedule or publish.
Basic performance data: public post metrics (views, likes, comments) made available by the platform's API, used only to show results inside the App.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not collect data from people who have not connected an account.

2. How we use information

To publish and schedule content to the accounts you connected.
To display your connected account and post results inside the App.
To keep the App working securely.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or other third parties.

3. Third-party platforms

The App connects to TikTok, YouTube (Google), Facebook and Instagram (Meta) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Storage and security

Access tokens and content are stored on a private server controlled by AI Lab and are protected with reasonable technical safeguards. Data is kept only as long as the account stays connected.

5. Your choices and deletion

You can disconnect an account at any time inside the App or from the platform's own settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). When an account is disconnected, its tokens are deleted. To request deletion of any other data, contact us using the details below.

6. Children

The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
